About Me

About me, always starts with my family. My husband Glenn, and our two sons Matt and Jared. I start with them because my family defines me. We are open quirky and our communication style is described as “unique”. I prefer the term real. These men center and ground me. I am an avid single digit golfer, NFL super fan, gardener, lover of animals and a total bird nerd. Oh, and a recovering perfectionist. The bulk of my professional career, 20 years, was spent in sales in the consumer-packaged goods industry. The atmosphere was corporate, demanding and always pushing for more. I thrived in the chaos. I experienced amazing leadership and cultures that inspired me. I also experienced cultures so toxic they drove me from the industry. This experience reinforces why I am passionate about helping leaders and their teams create and maintain positive work places where everyone thrives.

I made the transition to Coaching in 2011, received my CPCC from the Coaches Training institute and my PCC accreditation from the International Coach Federation. I started Personal Innovations Coaching in 2012. I work with professionals who are looking for more from themselves, their lives, and their teams. People who are not afraid to dig in and make positive change. Working with me is not for the faint of heart, I do not surface scratch. I am real, honest and respectful of your time. I will laugh with you, cry with you and I will never judge you. I will hold the space for you to explore your ideas, create, fail forward and try again. I will hold you accountable to your goals and help you achieve them; creating a more fulfilling personal and professional life. Coaching isn’t a DO-ing it is a BE-ing.  It is who I am. Helping people live into their values, move away from self limiting thoughts and behaviours, shift perspectives, lead confidently and authentically, fulfills me. I love my work and I am good at what I do.

Helping you define your vision and live into it

Whether you are in a corporate or clinic setting, leadership is a personal journey. Coaching gives leaders the confidential space to talk out their personal challenges. It helps leaders understand how they communicate and how to improve it. I help people be authentic in their leadership; a blend of living and leading into their values and showing up “on purpose”.
